Publishing of website and blog

I have just completed my CLA assignment today, alhamdulillah. Since, I have a bit of time to spend whilst waiting for my husband to pick me up, I made a decision to publish my website and this blog to the public. I have always been a secretive person...this is such a big 'jump' for me to actually share my thoughts with others. Anyway, I believe this is a good opportunity to actually meet other people in this whole wide world!

a daughter miraculously and spontaneously conceived after almost 21/2years of marriage
a gift and responsibility bestowed by Allah swt on us
a daughter to accompany me whilst I was on my own in a journey of education
a beautiful and peaceful baby....whom grow into a beautiful and boisterous child
a non stop talker whom need to be negotiated every time there are new rules
a jewel of my heart...she is

15 months down the lane...

It has been almost 15 months since I passed my master programme. People around me keep talking about research....papers...all for promotion basis. So far, I have not done any research on my own, there is no plan whatsoever in the near future, I think. I have no passion for research, although I enjoy teaching. Hence, I am planning to concentrate only on teaching and my clinical work. Promotion is not my aim....

I am content with what I have now..
..a good and secure job with a good salary
..the eversounderstanding husband
..a loving child...although I am grateful if I could have more
..a modest house...which will be fully mine once I finish my bank loan in 18 months time
..two cars, eventhough they are a bit run down, they can function very well

...is it a modest lifestyle? I think so.
I could have more, but I will be burdened with endless bank loan...

I aim to
..perform hajj with my husband in the next 2 years inshaAllah
..increase my knowledge in islam and commit myself to Allah's cause
..prepare for the next world.....I have spent my whole life for this worldly gain...not for the hereafter...
..educate my daughter for this world and the hereafter
..do my job well
..be good to my mother
..travel overseas & see how other people lives
..increase my sadaqah
..learn arabic to understand Al-Quran(this has been my long living dream, which I haven't fulfill)


I am already 35...and getting older. I need to continuously muhasabah myself

Digi Mobility Fiesta

We recently signed in Digi Mobility Fiesta promotion. We paid RM 4156 for a 24 months unlimited EDGE/GPRS plan, 24 months postpaid Premier Plan access fee being waived off, RM 300 free air time, a HP iPAQ 512 and a HP 520 laptop....hope it is worth the money being spent!!!

Serenity at Tioman Island

We have a great family day trip at Tioman Island few months back. Two of my sisters and my mother gathered together at Mersing before we departed to Tioman. This was my second trip to an island and we enjoyed it tremendously. The only thing that marked our day was the blackout we have to endure for the whole night! Quite frustating also the chalet owner did not offer us any compensation for the inconvenience caused....so I won't recommend this chalet to anyone anymore! Nevertheless we have a great time snorkelling and enjoying the island's serenity.....away from the hussle of life.

Home sweet home....Baiti Jannati

We recently spent a bit of money refurbishing our home sweet home. This weekend we will be organizing our first gathering after almost 4 weeks of renovation. InsyaAllah our swimming pool will be fully functioning soon....
