A very good book indeed. From the instruction and drills, I am able to do prone float, back float, backstroke & simple armstroke. I am more confident in the water now. I haven't master the breathing technique though. I can only do a lap of swimming in one full breath only. Due the monsoon season now, I am not able to practice daily as often as I want to.
